Some ask, if this ban will actually be followed. In most states, the fine for using your cell phone while driving is $100 and most auto insurance companies doesn't even give a penalty for receiving a ticket for that driving misconduct. To some families, $100 is pocket change and if no changes will be made to a person's insurance policy then no real harm done.
My question is 'is it really that serious'? Authorities say that cell phone use is one of the leading causes of car accidents. Where do random neglect fall in that range? Accidents are caused when people try to eat and drive. Accidents are caused when people try to better their hygiene and drive. Accidents are caused when people pay attention to everything else but the road and drive.
What's next? Will there be a ban on everything else but breathing and driving? Will police set up check stations to make sure that nothing else is in the car but humans?
So what do you think? Should there be a ban on cell phones during vehicle operation? And will cutting off cell phone usage really solve the problem of wreckless drivers? Have you been a victim of the cell phone ban? How do you feel about this matter?

Okay this is a good topic. Honestly yes they should have a limit on cell phone use. Because me being one of the drivers that talk and text while driving with my leg. I have had many scares on the road and so have my passengers. So yes maybe a crack down on cell phone use will be a good thing.
